Wednesday, February 27, 2013 – Sometimes when in the midst of a new diet and fitness regimin, it feels like your body is holding onto your weight with a death grip. It is only when your body realizes that you are serious about this that it seems to say “Ok, Fine! I will let it go already!” So if you are not seeing the results you want but you know that you are nourishing your body with good food and good movement, give it a bit more time. Your body will catch up!
