Know that feeling of kick-starting a workout program? No, I’m not talking about the feeling of satisfaction, I’m talking about Soreness! Oh, yes, that feeling of muscles you didn’t know exist!

I love that feeling. Not the “I can’t sit down to pee” feeling, but that “Yes!” feeling of discovering muscles you forgot – or never knew – you had. I sit up taller, stand straighter, and dream of a tinier butt.
