Take a Breather – Post-Its

Soem people will tell you to use post-its on the bathroom mirror to remind you of tasks.  FlyLady will tell you to use them to remind you to put on shoes, do that load of laundry.

But my new Page-A-Day task list/calendar told me something else today – and I think I love it.

Use those Post-It notes to tell yourself to slow down…take it easy….stop rushing!  Relax!  Smile! Reading these notes will help your brain relax your body and you will be less stressed.  Like a daily affirmation, but in sticky note form.

Because every FitMomma, and Ferris Bueller, knows that  knows that “Life moves pretty fast. You don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
