    I love this!!! We ALL need a consistant fitness program to help keep your mind fit as well as your body. Most look for the “weightLOSS” gratification as a judgement of how fit we are…a HEALTHY body is one that accepts what you see in the mirror..and making sure you are doing the necessary steps to take care of the overall structure. Improved self confidence comes hand in hand with this successful plan. Please girls STOP beating yourselves up over pounds…just do the work!! Love your FitnessNanny…
