Monday, September 10, 2012 – If you’re going to make a drastic change to your diet, take a good week to prepare. Start making small changes immediately while you spend that time planning new meals and snacks, cleaning out your kitchen and shopping for new foods. Don’t shoot from the hip when it comes to your diet.
