Friday, September 28, 2012 – When you first wake up in the morning, preferably before you even get out of your bed, drink water. At least 8-16 ounces, get your body pumping and flowing with hydration. Your cells will feel instantly better. (And you’ll get used to peeing Russian racehorse every hour.)
