Thursday, October 4, 2012 – Sometimes a quick circuit of 10 jumping jacks, 10 crunches and 10 push ups is better than a cup of coffee to get your blood pumping. Now that you’ve tried it…go ahead for another set of 10. Ready to take on the world, right? (OK, so maybe it was more like five or six push ups, but it’s always good to have goals!)
