Wednesday, December 19, 2012 – The more you eat crap, the fatter you feel. The fatter you feel, the more crap you eat. And so goes that vicious circle. I’m kinda in one this week, and the only remedy is to consciously, deliberately Break The Cycle. Do Not Eat Crap Today. Eat only food that makes your body feel good.
