Wednesday, March 13, 2013 – I may not be the fastest, the strongest, or the toughest. But every movement I make in the gym is with purpose. I give 100% – no lackluster effort, no half-ass movement. There is no shame in stepping away to catch my breath, because when I step back in, I am On It.
