Wednesday, March 27, 2013 – There are no quick fixes. No, fad diets do not work. If you want results past 24/60/90 days, you are going to need to put in more than 24/60/90 days of work. There is no “going back to the way I used to eat” once you are done. The way you used to eat is what got you to this unhappy place to begin with.
What do you want? Set some short-term and long-term goals. Decide what tools you need to get there. And Move Your Life Forward with your head held high.
