Love my new workout tank! Let’s not wish to be Skinny – let’s push to be Strong!!
Seriously, there are a lot of ways to get skinny, many of which are incredibly unhealthy and not a mark of true fitness. But Strong? πŸ’ͺ
That takes discipline and thought and perseverance. It’s setting goals and overcoming obstacles and proving to yourself that you are Worth It, and you deserve to live life feeling fantastic and amazing! Physical strength can equate to mental strength and pushing your body past where your mind thinks it can go. And hitting those goals and feeling fantastic? That translates to all parts of your life.
